I don’t see why not as long as you have tools to drill through the brick

However, if you're going to mount it to brick, cement or cement block, I would highly recommend purchasing anchors with lag bolts intended for that type of media rather then the plastic wall anchors it comes with. I mounted mine to a drywall covered wall and while I could have just used the anchors, I located the studs behind the drywall, drilled pilot holes and ran the lags directly into the wood. Couple dollars worth of hardware can save you hundreds!
