Please try again later.so for most of these battery style chargers they have an internal regulator that prevents the flow of electrons to exceed a certain charge rate for some of the tablets the limits placed on these are not sufficient to charge at what the tablet thinks is a sufficient rate there for it will indicate a pause in charging and then it would resume. You may find that it will charge over time or at least maintenance the current charge level or slow the discharge of the onboard battery when plugged in. You may be able to charge the device when it is turned off as the onboard battery will not be discharging at the same rate it normally would..
