A:AnswerHi Annie, this is Kelly with Dyson. We do carry replacement remote controls for all of our machines, including the Dyson AM09 Fan + Heather. The top of your machine, and the remote control are both magnetized, so you can store the curved remote on top of the amplifier loop.

A:AnswerNo. The remote will not work behind a wall or closed door. However, if you are standing in front of an open door to the room where the heater is located, the remote will work.
A:AnswerHi Dawn, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson AM09 Fan + Heater will not purify the air. That being said, we do carry air purifiers that will offer both a fan and heater, like this model does.

A:AnswerHi Neil, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Dyson AM09 Heater Fan is not dual-voltage. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty.
