“What is the difference in the 10 and 11 model? I have mostly hardwoods and no pets at the moment.”

• Well the v11 model is a bit better for suction but not a huge difference in quality. The v10 is the model I own and it gets the job done, cleans everything easily and has great battery life. The v11 has a different interface for cleaning modes and has slightly better suction. Both are great models but v10 is a great model for everyday cleaning and the occasional heavy duty cleaning:)

• I feel if you don’t have pets this unit is overkill in my opinion as I’ve had other models as well
