“I received HP01 today from Best Buy. but it makes solid beep sound with heating mode. what is the problem? There's no guideline for troubleshooting.”

Hello Aaron, this is Kelly with Dyson. Your machine should not be making any type of noise while in heating mode, other than the noise from the machine's fan.
