Hello Suzie, This is Miella from Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries they are sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed for 110-120v electricity. Our machines are not multi-voltage and we do not recommend using a converter with any of our products, as such usage will void the warranty per warranty terms and conditions.
