The directions are visual, in the book. I, myself am blessed with a high level of figuriutability. Didn't take long to realize how they assembled it for me..... There are release buttons and then simply and easily remove vacuum of slapem around a bit and again easily, gently put them back. As all things, if you need to fight it, you're causing a problem. This is easy, take a sec and look at what you're doing and you'll be fine I promise
