Q: QuestionHave only 110v? Or bivolt?
Asked by Joseph.
- A:Answer Hello Joseph, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products, including the Supersonic hair dryer, are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionHi Just bought the dyson air wrap and it shuts off after 3 minutes with a flashing red light. Only used it 2 times and did it to me both times. Please advise. Rhonda
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Read the post from MadEngineerMark and then have someone with a Torq screwdriver remove it and clean it thoroughly with an old toothbrush and liquid hand soap. Even letting the filter soak in a small glass of water with a little clothing washing machine liquid soap should loosen the debris in the filter. Bad design, very bad.
