“Eargo has a 45 trial period with a complete refund if there are any issues. If i need to return the Eargo 7’s in that time frame do I return them to Best Buy or do they have to be sent directly to Eargo?”

• The person at Best BUY in UNION Square told me that the return policy is 14 days and to get the 45 day return trail period u needs to purchase $160 worth of warranty insurance. Is this correct?
