• Eargo does not approach Bluetooth the way traditional behind-the-ear hearing aids do. Eargo devices are too small to have a built-in Bluetooth receiver to stream phone calls and music. With Eargo devices, we have a Bluetooth receiver in the charger, which allows you to customize the hearing aids to your unique hearing preferences through an app in your phone. It’s a different approach for such a small hearing aid, and it works great! It is both Android and Apple compatible.
