Thank you for reaching out to us! Eargo 8 does not have phone or audio streaming capabilities. The charger can communicate with paired and connected devices via Bluetooth when used with the Eargo App. The Eargo App features for Eargo 8 also use your phone’s speaker to transmit a one-way acoustic signal or command from the Eargo app to your Eargo devices in-ear through the device's microphone. This allows you to self-fit and personalize your devices to your personal hearing preferences.
