“Hi - we purchased this for the second time. Everything is installed but we have not been able to tilt the camera on either this or our prior one. Instructions say there are five angles to tilt to but it doesn't move. How do I angle camera once installed?”

There are 5 angles, it is a very stiff mount so it doesn't move on its own from the vibrations of driving. You need you push the camera up or down until it clicks into the next position. If you need you can reach us at 727-592-5991 M-F 9am - 8pm.
