• There is no fee for our smart thermostat features or use of the ecobee app. If you'd like to use ecobee Smart Security, subscriptions start from $5 USD per month.

• This is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees. If you were to purchase some of Ecobee’s security products in addition, those do require a monthly fee for advanced monitoring.
