QuestionMy current washer/dryer (14 years old) are Electrolux models. The washer is model # EIFLW55HIWO, the dryer is EIED55HIWO. I purchased the pedestals also. I can't find the model # for them. Will my pedestals fit the new models above? Thank you.

QuestionWhere is the pump filter? On other washers, there is a door on the front to replace/clean the filter. Is the pump filter easy to access on this model?

QuestionI have hard water and concerned about the steam feature. Is there a model that does not have that? (both washer and dryer)

- Answer Thank you. Is there LG models that don't use steam? When we were shopping for steam oven... plumbers advised to get one with tank to fill water vs installing pipe due to our hard water problems. So I assume same would apply for washing/dryer machines. Not sure the benefit is worth the risk. Advice?

QuestionCan this washer be placed directly on the floor to use? If I am able to place this washer on the floor instead of using pedestal will it be very difficult to use? Awkward for a very short or a very tall person? Is there a top load equivelent (Electrolux)?

QuestionHow does the Extended Refresh work? I read in the booklet that comes with the machine that when the Extended Refresh option is selected, the machine will do a rinse and spin. How often does that rinse and spin happen?

- Answer Thanks for your inquiry, DogSinger02! The washer recognizes the load has sat too long and will do a rinse and spin to keep the load fresh for up to 12 hours. When you are ready to remove the load during the extended refresh segment, you must press cancel to end the cycle and open the door. We hope this helps! ~Courtney
