Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good question it shows on the specs to be 15 amp but when I open the door on the washer sticker shows to be 12 amp. Houses are equipped to handle that amp load. Most houses breakers are at 20 amps.. the dryer needs a separate outlet since that’s runs on higher voltage.. one the best washing machine performance I have seen. Washer uses the normal plug to wall,dryer uses the bigger outlet
