“Does Electric Dryer with Steam mean the dryer is ventless?”

• No its not ventless -- it has an exhaust you'll need to pipe out. Steam means you can connect waterline and have it steam your clothes.

• You may be looking for the term, "Condensing dryer". These are electric dryers with a built-in dehumidifier. They are much smaller than this 8.0 cubic foot capacity Electrolux. Also, they are hard to find in the USA. If you find one for sale check the Hertz rating.
