I would recommend contacting Ember customer support. They are very helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a hard time pairing to bluetooth too. If you have set it up once before, it will remember your settings and still warm up your drink. I've also unpaired it and re-paired it and it worked, but only the one time and I had to re-pair again
