“Can this battery replace a CR1120 for my 2008 Model A590 Canon PowerShot Camera (this is the internal battery)? The original Battery is CR1220 and 3V and also Lithium, but this one is 1.5V but they seem to be the same size. Please Help!”

They are not the same size. I tried this battery on my a520. I got a cr1220 at Walgreens.
