How do you get it to charge your device? null

I’d plug Energizer 20000mah Battery Bank with the supplied USB Micro cable into the Charger with the USB part into the output of the charger then plug the other end of the short cable into your cell phone as if you were charging the phone in the wall adapter and wait until the phone gets charged fully by the battery bank.
