QuestionWondering if this device will be ok to charge in London with an adapter (not converter)?? Since Euro outlets use higher voltage than US, need to know if this will charge without issue in Europe and without a converter.

QuestionHi I just bought this energizer portable battery but it takes forever to charge, is that normal? I connected it using the black charger provided with the portable battery, but got it to move just one percent up it takes about an hour

- Answer I did notice that it takes a long time to charge. However, the longer charging time is compensated by the power bank's extended battery life. So to answer you question, I believe its normal for it to take a long time because it's designed to deliver a long-lasting charge.
