- Answer Thank you for your question! It’s not necessary to fully drain the battery before recharging. In fact, for lithium polymer batteries (like the ones used in our power banks), it's better to recharge before the battery gets too low, as over-discharging may affect long-term performance. You can start using it right away—even if it came pre-charged—and recharge as needed. For best results, keep the battery level between 20–80% during regular use. QuestionHi I just bought this energizer portable battery but it takes forever to charge, is that normal? I connected it using the black charger provided with the portable battery, but got it to move just one percent up it takes about an hour

- Answer I did notice that it takes a long time to charge. However, the longer charging time is compensated by the power bank's extended battery life. So to answer you question, I believe its normal for it to take a long time because it's designed to deliver a long-lasting charge.
