“I bought this purifier a year ago, it may even be an older model. I can't hear it at ALL when I turn it on. I haven't had to clean it either. I'm curious if it's even working... Is it? Anyone have the same issue? I didn't get mine from Best Buy though”

If you don't feel air movement when you have it on it probably isn't working! It isn't a rush of air but on high you should feel air movement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this product about 45 days ago and wondered if it is working as it runs very quiet. You can feel a very slight air flow. I have not used it in over 2 weeks and when I turned it on, it sounded like it was shorting out. I doubt this is normal, but can someone weigh in on this. It is too late to return it , as it is past the 15 day period. I'm looking for any feedback. The "shorting noise" which sounds like mosquitos that come in contact with the bug zapper, goes away after about 5 seconds.

I have no clue if they are doing anything , they make zero noise, I see no difference in anything and the only reason I know they are on is the red light on top is on. I still have a Hacky type allergy cough and Kitchen odors don’t seem to clear any faster . I have used them a couple of months. They don’t cause any problems but there is no way to know if they are doing any good. I guess you just have to hAve faith.
