“I have a epson et 2800 printer connected to my laptop with a USB cord. I can't get it to scan. It tells me to make sure computer is connected. I select USB connection and pdf but get error notice. Help me!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not sure about utilizing usb, but when I added the printer to my household I was extremely frustrated. Then I connected with Epson and they said to use the 2.4 option on my wireless router as the printer can’t work with the faster internet Speed. I suggest you try that. Good luck.
