• Hello cindy. Navigate to the "Maintenance" menu and choose the "Fill Tank" option to refill your ink tanks. From there, follow the on-screen instructions to refill your Ink Tanks, and your ET-2800 should recognize the new ink. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
