“Hi, This is the first printer I couldn't figure out how to reduce a copy or scan. Neither works even when I follow directions from this or other how to sites? Whats the deal? Pretty useless printer for my use without reduce feature? Thanks.”

Hello nocopyreducing. You can reduce/large copies directly from the ET-2800's control panel. When you press Copy on the screen, choose print settings, and you make the changes under "Reduce/Enlarge" or "Custom Size." Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
