• Hello Buzz. The ET-2800 and ET-2803 include print, copy, and scan functionality. Unfortunately, both printers do not have fax features. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

• no difference......the model number is specific to sales locations (BestBuy vs Walmart).
