Hello Stella. Unfortunately, EcoTank printers will not handle a 300lb cardstock. We recommend looking at our Epson Workforce printers as they tend to work better with thicker paper. However, 300lb paper would still be considered too heavy for most All-In-One printers. Regards, Kevin - The Epson team.
