Hi Noise, The EpiqVision Ultra LS300 has a cooling fan, but it is very quiet. In the default setting, Normal Mode, the projector's sound level is 37 dB. If you change to Quiet Mode it is 25 dB. In Quiet Mode, the brightness is decreased. Regards, Dylan - The Epson Team.
