Does this work with both PC and Mac Book? null

Yep.... PC, iMac, Mac Books, etc....

Quickly setup from my MacBook pro and lenovo laptop. both working seamlessly.

I know it works with a Mac desktop with no problems. It uses the same operating system as a Mac Book. I would think you could print through WiFi or a USB connection.

yes it does, I use a Mac Pro and my wife uses her PC....no problems ;)

This will work with Windows and Mac.
