• It prints #10 legal size envelopes I think it can print up to 10 at a time. You just load the paper into the bottom or back and adjust it the setting on the screen (it will ask you once you put the paper drawer back in.)

• I just got this printer about a month or so ago so have not tried all the functions. the paper tray can be adjusted to fit legal size. The booklet that came with it has the instructions how to move the bars to adjust the size.
