• You can date name the files but I don’t believe the individual photos will carry a dare tag

• Sure. Instead of a filename, enter the date. Filename would look like... Mmddyyyy followed by a numerical sequence 0000a

• The Epson FastFoto software has a date assignment editor in it. Simply scan the photos in. Select date by year/month/day. (You can select a whole batch of photos in the scanned folder and assign the date to all of them at one time or do each photo individually.)
