Hello Jammer. When using the projector on a 100-inch screen, we recommend placing the Home Cinema 880 approximately 105 to 143 inches away from the display. You can use the projector on a table, or it can also be ceiling mounted; either option will work fine and not make a difference in image quality. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
