“Although this isn’t sublimation ready can you replace the ink with sublimation cartridges and ink? I’ve also seen that this printer is sublimation ready out the box. Is this true?”

I personally would use an Epson Ecotank for sublimation. No fuss, no mess. Just buy and pour it in. Mine works amazing. However with that said, if you use a printer for sublimation, you should run it at least once per week to prevent the ink from drying up. I’ve run into minor problems for letting it sit too long. If you go onto the Cosmos Ink website, you will see all of the recommended printers. There are hundreds. Amazing quality ink and excellent customer service.
