• Yes you can scan directly to your pc,you need to download drivers for this printer on your pc

• Hello bfab. The WF-2930 is compatible with the Epson Smart Panel app, which can save scanned originals onto your phone and be sent via email. The printer can also be used on a computer where the same process can be done as well. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
