Hi pat, The WorkForce WF-2830 operates on the 2.4 GHz band. If you have a 5 GHz Wi-Fi router and it is dual-band capable, you can set it to dual band 2.4 GHz/5 GHz and connect to the WF-2930. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
