Yes you can and we did. You have to 'prep' it first by washing the mop (telling it to wash its mop), then carry it to the 2nd floor and set it down in the same place every time. The first time you do it, it has to map first. This is just a work-around, it's a bit of a pain (IMO). We're thinking of getting a second one just for the finished basement.

Let me assist further in obtaining a direct and relevant answer.Yes, the eufy X10 Pro Omni Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop can be used on multiple floors. You can enable the "Multi-Map Saving" feature in the eufy Clean app to save up to five different maps for various floors. This feature ensures that the robot retains cleaning settings for each specific floor. To enable multi-map saving: Open the eufy Clean app and go to Settings (icon in the top right corner). Select "Manage Map." Turn on the "Multi-Map Saving" option. Please note that this feature is turned off by default, and maps are stored both locally on the robot and in the eufy cloud. If the X10 Pro Omni is used on a floor where the Omni station is unavailable, it will adjust its cleaning strategy. For vacuum-only tasks, the robot operates as usual. However, for mopping, the robot requires access to the Omni station to moisten and clean its mop pads. Without it, the mopping feature is disabled to maintain cleaning quality, switching to vacuum-only mode.
