I recently purchased the Eufy robot vacuum that both vacuums and mops, and I am absolutely impressed! It does an amazing job of cleaning both carpets and hard floors, and the mopping feature is a great bonus for a deeper clean. The setup was quick, and it easily connects to my app for convenient scheduling. The suction power is strong, and it’s quiet during operation. The robot also navigates efficiently around furniture and obstacles. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable, smart cleaning solution!

The camera accurately detects objects, and the vacuum performance is strong. I haven’t cleaned up any spills yet, but overall it mops well. The response time is fast, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

The robot vacuum exceed the expectation, specially the mopping part. I was in the market for new vacuum, my wife left our Shark vacuum at her parents house, so I was looking at the upgraded version of that vacuum, and it cost almost $500 with the tax. And that vacuum kinda overkill for my small house. So I wanna try this robot vacuum. Not my first robot vacuum, I have Shark robot vacuum before that have self emptying feature. I gave that to my friend. So I find this eufy brand, and do youtube review research about it, was looking for the L60 model, but the X10 was on sale. Still almost double the price, but it have stronger vacuum and better mopping feature. Setting up was a breeze. The app easy to learn once you know what you want the vacuum do. Connectivity is ok, understandable for 2.4 ghz. The robot manuver kinda weird, not what I expect at all with it's algorithm. But it get the job done. It clean every surface that it able to go, considering it size. I like they use bag in the docking, so less cleaning up there, and will last longer than filter that you can clean your self. It's time saver and money saver in long run. I use zero filtered drinking water, for the mop water, that way I don't have to worry a build up in thedocking and the vacuum. It clean your floor and carpet, and you still have to clean the robot. I clean it weekly. I let it run every day for vacuum and mop as needed. Overall it good buy, compare the regular vacuum for the price difference. I have more time doing something else.

The eufy X10 Pro Omni has exceeded all our expectations! It works flawlessly and handles everything exactly as promised. Since getting this robot vacuum and mop, neither my wife nor I have had to sweep, vacuum, or mop – it truly does it all. The self-washing, self-drying, and auto-emptying station is a game changer. We have 2 cats and this robot does wonders! This robot vacuum was an upgrade from our last one which was a shark auto empty and the Eufy is miles better. It mapped our home in under 5 minutes and the obstacle avoidance system is incredible, I never have to worry about it like I did my other one. The mopping is a game changer and my floors have zero dirt on them and I only have it run every other day. I did extensive research on mop combo robot vacuums before purchasing it watching YouTube videos, reading forums and I’m so glad I went with it I even got it on sale for $550 so if you have the opportunity to pick one up during a sale, do it.

I love this robot. It runs so quiet. Best robot I have owned. It cleans and mops. The suction is great. It cleans and mop the hardwood floors and also vacuum the area rugs. It still up the mopping pads when it gets on the rugs. My hardwood floors look like I had them professionally done. I give this Eufy x10 a 10 star.

When it worked it was great. However there seems to be a software glitch that prevents the clean water tank from being acknowledged by the robot. The clean Water tank would be full and it would tell me that it’s empty. There was a software update that temporarily fixed the issue however it stop working after couple days. When it did work it worked great. The mopping function would leave my floor shiny and was very good at avoiding obstacles. I recently returned the device as this was my second vacuum/ mop robot and given up on having a mini helper around the house. It would be great if that wasn’t the issue. Vacuum works great as well and app interface is user friendly. If you live someplace where you can easily replace or return I would still recommend the eufy however I also recommend getting the insurance just in case months later down the road the device stops working properly.

This product works great for daily clean. There is still a need to do deep cleans on occasion, but this handles the day to day. We have it set up to vacuum / mop the kitchen and dining area every night. I like that it forces us to prep before hand (lifting up chairs for example). We have it do the rest of the upstairs 2x to 3x per week. Avoids obstacles, switches between hardwood and carpet, and gets under cabinets. App provides ample functions and is easy to use. Eufy sits unobtrusively in a corner waiting to wake up and work.

I have bought many iRobots thoughout the years since they were the smart robot pioneer brand, and every single one broke as soon as the year waranty was over. After months of research and reading every possible review I could find on smart robot vacuum and mop combo, I decided to give eufy a try and I am gladd I did. This specific model requires very little human intervention and the app makes it so easy to remember when to clean, fill water tank/empty dust or replace which part. The “no-go” zone feature is amazing. Ive used it on rug areas that I dont want to risk the robot not recognizing it and accidentally moping over. The mapping feature is also amazing, it mapped my almost 2000sf home in less than 10 minutes. This feature also divides rooms for you, must of the divisions are accurate but you still have to make your own tweaks since its not 100% accurate. I have set up a schedule for it (because you can set schedules on the app as well) to deep clean my whole home (vacuuming and mopping) from Monday to Friday starting at 10am to make sure it doesnt bother anyone and no one is on its way. Everday I come home from work to a clean floor home where I can walk on barefoot. It’s amazing. Im very happy so far. It looks very sturdy. All Im hoping for now is that it doesnt die on me after warranty expires.

Feels like having your own personal butler. Love the ability to choose the level of cleaning. We have two big time shedding dogs and "Niles" does a great job handling the mess. The room mapping is top notch and doesnt miss a spot either. Great buy...perhaps one of the best!

I named my Eufy Rosie. She does a great job and saves me time. She lets you know if she is going home to dump dust or wash mop pads and resumes where she left off. The app will ask if you are satisfied with the cleaning and Eufy customer service will email if you need adjustments made or if something isn’t to your satisfaction. You can set a weekly cleaning schedule or set it manually as needed and select the rooms you want cleaned. Since she can vacuum and mop there are many features to add to the cleaning, such as hug the wall to get as close to the wall as possible. The app is constantly being updated. She will let you know if the roller needs cleaned out and will stop cleaning until you remove whatever is wrapped around the roller. I use the recommended floor solution and make sure the tanks are ready before she begins cleaning. A couple times I noticed the battery doesn’t last long and she will return to recharge. That has only happened a couple times and she had several days of nonuse to recharge. I hope she lasts many years. She keeps my home cleaner.

Love love this cleaner technology has come a long way. My first one was a Rumba and it always got stuck so was cautious about buying this cleaner but worth it I picked up the room mapped 4 rooms and it cleans. Worried about cleaning rooms down stairs but just mapped the room chose the room manually moved robot to the room and it cleans then tells me when done to return to base for self cleaning

I made this purchase because I was tired of sweeping cat hair multiple times a day. I was able to set multiple schedules to keep frequently traveled areas clean. We now don’t walk through the house with our shoes on to keep the floors clean.

This does a really good job at both vacuuming low pile carpet and mopping my tile, and vinyl floors. It does a great job of wasjinga and drying the mop pad. I smelled the mop pad about a week after use and it had zero smell so the drying definitely serves its purpose. I would definitely recommend this.
