it should be fine, I've never had it drop a call because of no movement or sound. I would make sure that in settings you lengthen the time before the screen "sleeps" just in case
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my experience calls only terminate when someone hangs up. I haven't seen an instance where a call timed out. I've also been on calls where the person I was taking to walked out of the room to grab something and the call continued. One potential issue is that if your daughter doesn't move, the camera may follow the nurse it off the room so your daughter is not on the screen, but that can be motivated by placement of the screen so that the nurse isn't in the field of view when she leaves.
