It seem that your fitbit has a defective battery. I would do is contact fitbit customer service and tell your problem. They might send you a new one since it still under the warranty. good luck with it man.

If it falls within the 1 year warranty, you can contact Fit bit Costumer Service. Have dealt with them for other issues and always walked away happy with the results. If out of warranty contact them anyway and see if they can help you out. However the battery is not user replaceable.

Not sure why you're getting such rotten battery life. Do you keep the synch on all of the time? Personally I am getting 10 days. I synch 2-3 times per day in competition with family members. Since the steps are on the screen there is no need for me to keep the synch on all day.

Just contact the fitbit customer service. They will help you that issue. Someone had a charge hr and the band was lifting from the device and had air bubbles and they replacrd it for her.

My alta fit bit can go for 6 - 8 days without charging. I purchased the warranty at best buy. If you did, I would exchange maybe yours is defective.

My device holds a charge about a week. I would say yours is defective and you should call the company about it.

My Alta only requires charging every 4-5 days and I have continuous sync, quick display, and notifications all turned on. I don't think your tracker should require recharging as frequently as you say it needs. It may be defective.

So far as I know there is no way to replace the battery on this device.
