I have the fitbit charge 2 and I have a iphone 7. My text messages appear on the display of my fitbit charge 2 but I am wondering if the calls should also come up on the display of the fitbit? My settings are all on and I can't figure it out.. null

Yes-- make sure your phone is paired correctly for notifications. When I am receiving a call, mine shows me a picture of a phone ringing along with the callers name or phone number.

In the Fitbit app go to account and click on the Charge 2 setup then go to notifications and turn on the one for calls. If it’s already one turn off close the app then go back in and turn it back on and see if that works. My wife has a 6S Plus and this is what we did to get hers working. Hope this helps!

I have an iphone 7 as well. I just bought the fitbit charge 2 a few weeks ago. My text messages and my phone calls show up on my fitbit. Maybe you should call fitbit customer service. The number is 1 877 623 4997.
