• Setup is downloading an app, creating an account, and pairing via Bluetooth. Geek squad would be more effort than setting it up yourself. I would DIY.

• Small people are smarter perhaps? They should be able to setup their own Fitbit without help right? Seriously? Where is this coming from? Who is actually saying this? If it is true thats rediculous. Large people would feel discriminated against and file a class action lawsuit. Since statistically 60%+ of americans are large there would be massive outrage!
