The difference between the small and the large is only the length of the band. I just Googled and found this info on band sizes: Small is for wrist sizes of 5.5"-6.7" and large is for wrist sizes 6.7"-8.1". It may be too small for a man visually, however. The helpful sales person at Best Buy set it up for me and put a band on that fits well.
