The Fitbit Charge 2 doesn't come with a dongle. To setup your fitbit, you will need to use the app on your smartphone (examaple: iPhone).

There is no dongle on this new Charge 2. I read that it can be synced with any blue tooth computer. Hope this helps.

You must have selected the wrong model when setting it up. This is the Charge 2, not the Charge HR.

It must be purchased separately. However, if you have Bluetooth capability on your computer, you won't need it. The dongle from previous Fitbit trackers works as well.

It didn't come with a dongle. Had to use my husband's old one.
Can buy one online
