Hello, yes your calls should appear on the Fitbit screen. Check your setting to make sure that you have them correct!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In the Fitbit app go to account and click on the Charge 2 setup then go to notifications and turn on the one for calls. If it’s already one turn off close the app then go back in and turn it back on and see if that works. My wife has a 6S Plus and this is what we did to get hers working. Hope this helps!
