When i went into bestbuy they had a measurement bar on the counter. My wrist fit closely to the bar that marked small. It is the size I bought and I use the third hole down on the band. I don’t know my wrist measurements but the small works great for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The top part of the watch is rigid so will stick out from the wrist if worn above the wrist bone. This poses a safety issue. One reviewer with tiny wrist recommends wearing the watch just below the wrist bone . The interchangeable bands flex below the fixed watch face. I'm considering a Kids Fitbit since the size is for smaller wrists however, doesn't have all the adult watch features. Fitbit says the Small size fits a minimum of 5.5 inches
