I would think that if your fit bit is going to be shipped on 9/16 that you should be able to receive it in five days or less. I just ordered a different colored band from Amazon prime and got it within two days.

To answer the question on shipping it all depends on which shipping you chose it goes by business days so 5-7 business days would be the max on standard shipping
