Mine was a gift , the first one was not the right size. I took it back got and gift card since the right size was not available at the store. later bought the right size. Just make sure everything is in the original package.

On teh Charge 2 I was able to wear it on the 5th to last spot so this band is a little larger. Also, The Charge 2 has removable/replaceable bands which you could always order in a larger size. As far as returns, Best Buy is always amazing. I bought mine in store and just returned with a receipt and was given back full price. It was an open and turned on unit and it was not a problem.
