Try a "hard start" of your device. Instructions on how to do that is on your Fitbit dashboard on your computer

Sounds like you might need another charger cord. Hopefully the connection on the watch is not damaged. I'd take it to the store where you purchased it or has some to sell and try the connection to see it it charges.

Call customer service..It sounds like you have a defective device as I have not had this problem with mine nor heard of an issue this early in life.
