Fitbit has a sizing guide on their website - https://www.fitbit.com/content/assets/chargehr/charge_hr_sizing_guide.pdf
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Definitely get a large or extra large. It's important to note that you're not supposed to wear this product where you'd wear the Flex, that is, right on your wrist. For best daily tracking, it says to wear it a finger's width above your wrist bone, and for strenuous exercise you're supposed to move it up three finger widths. The size guide does not reflect this. I wore a small in the Flex, with plenty of room, and am returning the small Charge HR to my place of purchase because it's way too small. In conclusion: measure your forearm, not your wrist.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest a large
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Regulate size should fit perfectly. Those are basically my size and weight and the regular size is perfect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go with the Large. Your wrists will thank you for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm similar in size and I got the Large.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The large band for sure. The small band would likely barely fit a slender wrist for a woman 5'6" from my personal observations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Size large. Small would give you maybe 1 or two notches on the band. So it would be tight.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.get the large or xtra large. I am 5' 2" and I wish I had gotten the large.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am about that size. My wrist measures 6.5" and the small is almost too small. I can't speak for the other sizes. Don't know if this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
