Q: QuestionCan you give an estimate of when the Fit Bit HR will be in? Ive been checking the website every day and it still says coming soon.

• A:Answer Per the Fitbit moderators on their website, a limited amount of BLACK Charge HR will be released in limited stores (possibly Best Buy) in the next few days. Call Best Buy for a better idea of when they will be available.

• A:Answer From the app: "How does Fitbit count floors? Fitbit trackers count one floor for when you climb about 10 feet at one time." Based on this information, and since you're not technically gaining any real altitude on a stair master, I would guess no.

• A:Answer According to the Fitbit website, the Charge HR is available to the general public early 2015. Only pre-release models for review have been released.

Q: QuestionTracking Sleep?How does the fitbit recognize your sleep pattern? I know it can do a wake alarm, but do you have to tell it when you're going to sleep? It would be great if it just knew based on your heart rate because I'm not sure I could remember to enter it manually.

• A:Answer Yes. Just like Santa, it knows when I'm sleeping and when I'm awake. I think it's based on heart rate so I don't have to set it. It's pretty accurate most of the time. You still have the option of adjusting sleep times manually on the app too.
