Go on line to the Fitbit website. Log into your account you have set up and there should be under your account settings the time zone menu pull-down. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.Remove the device and charge it up, When finished charging, sync with phone or computer with the local time set for the internal clock, and syncing will change the time. I recommend charging because it will track time and activity level, especially for the HR model, and by removing the device for the duration of a charge will give it enough inactivity so it doesn't overlap or have issues with 'missing time'

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It automatically changes/adjust to the time of the device it is synced with. So, if you have it synced with your phone, the time on your phone will be what time is displayed on the fitbit. Just make you that device is set to the time zone you want.
